Terms of use
Version 3 · published 14 October 2026
These terms set out your relationship with Padasha. By creating an account or using Padasha, you accept them. If you back campaigns, apply to events or run a campaign, the agreement for your role is part of these terms too.
1. What Padasha is
Padasha is a platform for pre-ordering products that are not made yet, and for applying to events with limited seats. Creators run campaigns; backers pre-order a product or reward by paying for a package, and applicants fill in an event's application form so the organizer can choose the participants.
Backing is not an investment: a backer gets no share, profit or ownership in the creator's business, only the reward described in the package.
The creator is the seller of the reward or ticket. Padasha reviews campaigns before they go live and holds and follows up payments, but it does not make or sell rewards and does not run events.
2. Your account
You log in with your mobile number and a code sent by SMS. Each person has one account, and accounts cannot be transferred. You are responsible for the name, number and details you enter.
Withdrawing from your wallet and receiving campaign funds require an identity check (national ID and a photo of your national card), and the mobile number must be registered in your own name.
If an account is used for fraud, invite abuse or harassment, Padasha may restrict or suspend it and will tell the account holder why.
3. Campaigns and review
Padasha's staff review every campaign before it goes live: the creator's identity, the company's papers (for a company campaign), the prototype and the production or event plan. Approval does not guarantee that a product will be made, an event will take place, or anything will arrive on time.
Projects that promise financial returns, lotteries and betting, illegal products and fundraising without a clear outcome are not accepted.
A product campaign runs for at most 60 days and its goal is at least 50,000,000 toman.
4. Payments and “all or nothing”
You pay by any Shetab card through the bank gateway, or from your Padasha wallet. Padasha never sees or stores your full card number.
Your pledge is held by Padasha until the campaign ends. If the campaign reaches its goal, the funds go to the creator after fees. If it does not, the full amount goes back to the backer's wallet once Padasha's finance staff approve the refund.
No money is refunded without approval by Padasha staff: every refund is a recorded request that is reviewed and approved, and you are told the outcome.
After the identity check you can withdraw your wallet balance to your bank account (IBAN). The minimum withdrawal is 50,000 toman.
5. Fees
Creating and publishing a campaign is free. If a campaign reaches its goal, 6% of the amount raised is Padasha's fee and 1.5% covers the payment gateway. If it does not reach its goal, there is no fee.
Backers and participants pay no fees; the amount on the payment page is what you pay.
6. Content and comments
Creators are responsible for the text, images and claims on their campaign page. Comments and questions must be respectful and on topic; Padasha hides offensive, promotional or misleading comments.
7. Help and disputes
If something goes wrong, open a ticket in the support center. Padasha contacts the creator and answers in the same ticket.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes that cannot be settled by talking are heard by the competent courts of Tehran.
8. Changes to these terms
Every change is published as a new version and announced by SMS or in your messages before it applies. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
