Backer agreement
Version 2 · published 14 October 2026
When you back a campaign, you pre-order a product that has not been made yet. This agreement explains what you get, what the risks are and what happens if things do not go to plan.
1. What you pre-order
The reward described in the package, with the same specifications and quantity, and an estimated delivery date. The date is the creator's estimate, not a promise.
“Support without a reward” is a gift to the creator; nothing is sent in return.
Backing is not an investment and gives you no share or profit in the creator's business.
2. If the campaign misses its goal
Padasha is “all or nothing”. If a campaign does not reach its goal by its deadline, a refund request is opened for your whole pledge, and once Padasha's finance staff approve it the money goes back to your Padasha wallet. You are told the outcome by SMS.
You can use it to back another campaign, or withdraw it to your bank account after the identity check (at least 50,000 toman).
3. Risks
Making a new product can take longer than planned or come with changes. The creator must announce any important delay or change in the campaign's updates, and you are told in your messages and by SMS.
Padasha checks the creator's identity, papers and prototype, but cannot guarantee that every reward will be delivered.
4. How Padasha protects you
The campaign's funds are not paid out at once: 40% stays with Padasha until the creator has entered tracking codes for at least 80% of the orders.
Every creator's delivery record is shown on their creator page.
If your reward does not arrive or differs from the campaign's description, open a support ticket. Padasha follows it up with the creator and may keep the held funds until it is resolved.
5. Delivery and address
Rewards are sent to the address you entered when backing. If it changes, tell support before shipping. Once shipped, the tracking code appears in your activity and is sent by SMS.
