Creator agreement
Version 2 · published 14 October 2026
By sending a campaign for review, you accept these commitments. Backers and participants pay you before the product exists or the event takes place; this agreement helps keep that trust.
1. Honest presentation
The campaign's text, images, video, budget and schedule must be real and achievable. Do not claim what you cannot prove, and show your prototype as it is.
A campaign must run under a person or company whose identity is checked and verified, and who is responsible for making and sending the rewards or running the event.
2. Making and sending rewards
Send each package's reward as described and, as far as possible, on time, and enter a tracking code for every order.
Post a progress update at least once a month and whenever something important happens. If delivery is late, announce the reason and the new date; backers are told by SMS.
If you cannot send a reward, its amount must go back to the backer. Padasha may use the held part of the campaign's funds to refund backers in that case.
3. Events
For an event campaign, you choose the participants from your applicants. Applicants' details (name, form answers, resume and, after payment, mobile number) are only for running that event and must not be used for anything else or shared.
If an event is cancelled, participants' ticket payments are refunded once Padasha approves the refunds.
4. Fees and payouts
Creating and publishing a campaign is free. If it reaches its goal, Padasha's fee of 6% and the gateway's 1.5% are deducted from the amount raised. If it does not, you pay no fee and the money goes back to the backers.
When a campaign succeeds, 40% of the funds (after fees) stays with Padasha and the rest is paid into your wallet. The held part is released once you have entered tracking codes for at least 80% of the orders.
For a campaign in your own name (as a person), 60% is held until then, and each campaign's goal is at most 300,000,000 toman.
Withdrawals from your wallet to your bank account require the identity check.
5. Stopping a campaign
If a campaign turns out to be built on false information, or a creator does not keep these commitments, Padasha may stop the campaign, refund the held funds to backers after review, and restrict the account.
