Event applicant agreement
Version 1 · published 14 October 2026
When you apply to an event, you are asking for a seat; it is not yours yet. This agreement explains how applications work and who sees your details.
1. Applying and selection
Applying is free. You fill in the event's form and, when asked, upload a resume. Every event has limited seats, and the organizer chooses the participants from the applicants.
Selection is the organizer's decision alone; Padasha takes no part in it. If you are not selected, you see the result in your dashboard.
2. Paying for your ticket
If you are selected, you are told by SMS and in your messages, and you must pay for the ticket by the deadline given. If you do not pay in time, your seat may go to another applicant.
Your seat is confirmed once you have paid. Tickets and entry on the day are arranged by the organizer.
3. Your details
The organizer sees your name, your form answers and your resume. Your mobile number is shown to them only after you pay for your ticket. Authorized Padasha staff can also see these details for review and support.
The details you enter must be true. An application with false details may be cancelled.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If an event is cancelled, a refund request is opened for your ticket, and once Padasha approves it the money goes back to your wallet. No refund is made without approval by Padasha staff.
