Privacy

• Your mobile number (for login and SMS), your name and email if you enter them, and the delivery addresses you save.
• For the identity check: your national ID, birth date and a photo of your national card. Only the reviewing staff can see the photo.
• For event applications: your answers to the application form and the resume you upload.
• For payments: the amount, the bank's reference number and a masked card number. Your full card number and PIN never reach Padasha.
• For account security: the time, IP address and browser of each login, which you can also see on your account security page.
• Campaign page views are kept only as daily counts, not linked to anyone.

The creator of a campaign you back sees your name, mobile number and delivery address in order to send your reward.

The organizer of an event you apply to sees your name, your form answers and your resume. Your mobile number is shown to them only after you pay for your ticket.

Padasha's staff only have the access their job needs (support, identity checks, finance), and every change they make is logged.

Your data is never sold, and is not given to anyone outside Padasha and the campaign's creator except by a legal order. SMS go through our SMS provider and payments through the bank gateway. Matching your mobile number to your national ID uses the Shahkar service.

Cookies keep you logged in (removed when you log out) and remember light or dark mode in your browser. Padasha uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can edit or delete your name, email and addresses in your dashboard at any time. To delete your account entirely, ask the support center.

Payment and order records are kept for a while after an account is deleted, for financial obligations and delivery follow-up, but they are no longer linked to your profile.
